A very nice wine region especially when you see the grapes growing. There are many wineries located where you can taste different kind of wine for free and decide afterwards which one you would like to buy or not to buy. Driving around by car is the best way to see the beauty. The information Center will help you where the wineries are and which kind of wines they offer.

Here one may find all the world wide known wine brands. E.g. the Jacobs Creek originates from here.

Even the wine making process is more or less the same: some wineries store the wine in stainless steel vessels and put oak wood chips in order to get the typical oak smell...

Tip.... it can be really hot , 40 degrees Celsius in Jan & Feb . It was too hot to buy any wine as the vineyards said we would be cooking the wine in the class. But we enjoyed our tastings and had the wine shipped to us.
